Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of anesthesia induction using different doses of Oxycodone combined with Propofol in hysteroscopic mediastinal hysterectomy.Method:A total of 100 patients who underwent hysteroscopic mediastinal hysterectomy in Yanggu County People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method, the above patients were divided into control group(n=25),low-dose group(n=25),medium dose group(n=25),and high-dose group(n=25).The control group received Sodium Chloride Injection combined with Propofol, the low-dose group received Oxycodone(0.05 mg/kg)combined with Propofol, the medium dose group received Oxycodone(0.10 mg/kg)combined with Propofol, and the high-dose group received Oxycodone(0.15 mg/kg)combined with Propofol. The surgical indicators(Propofol induction volume,Propofol maintenance volume, and awakening time),visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at different time periods after awakening, mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),and adverse reactions among four groups of patients were compared.Result:The induced dose of propofol in high-dose group was lower than that in medium-dose group,low-dose group and control group, and the medium-dose group was lower than that in low-dose group and control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the induced dose of propofol between control group and low-dose group(P>0.05).The recovery time of the high-dose group was longer than that of the medium-dose group, but shorter than that of the low-dose group and the control group, the recovery time of the medium-dose group was shorter than that of the low-dose group and the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the time of recovery,1 h after recovery,2 h after recovery, the VAS scores of the high-dose group and the medium-dose group were lower than those of the low-dose group and the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in MAP and HR among the four groups at different time(P>0.05).The incidence of hypoxemia in high dose group was higher than that in medium-dose group,low-dose group and control group, and the incidence of dizziness was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of 0.10 mg/kg Oxycodone and Propofol has the best anesthesia induction effect in hysteroscopic mediastinal hysterectomy.
