Influence of Shexiang Baoxin Pills for Coronary Blood Flow and Heart Rate Variability of Patients with Angina Pectoris Caused by Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the influence of Shexiang Baoxin Pills for coronary blood flow and heart rate variability of patients with angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 110 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in Changzhou Third People's Hospital from November 2021 to June 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group(55 cases)and observation group(55 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and the observation group was given Shexiang Baoxin Pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,coronary blood flow index and heart rate variability before treatment,after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,systolic peak flow velocity(SPV),diastolic peak flow velocity(DPV)and time velocity integral(CTVI)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group;after 4 weeks of treatment,SPV,DPV and CTVI in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 2 weeks after treatment.SPV,DPV and CTVI in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the standard deviation of all normal sinus intervals(SDNN),the standard deviation of the average RR interval(SDANN),the percentage of adjacent RR interval differences＞50 ms in the total number of analyzed heartbeats(PNN50),and the root mean square of adjacent RR interval differences(RMSSD)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;after 4 weeks of treatment,SDNN,SDANN,PNN50 and RMSSD in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment;after 2 weeks of treatment,SDNN,SDANN,PNN50 and RMSSD in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the low frequency power(LF)and high frequency power(HF)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;after 4 weeks of treatment,LF and HF of the two groups were significantly higher than those before and after 2 weeks of treatment;after 2 weeks of treatment,LF and HF of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is good,and it can significantly improve the coronary blood flow and heart rate variability of patients.
