Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide for Injection(Xinhuosu)combined with Levosimendan in the treatment of heart failure and its influence on matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and cardiac troponin I(cTnI).Method:A total of 90 patients with heart failure admitted to Heilongjiang Far East Cardio-cerebrovascular Hospital from February 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly selected into control group and treatment group,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Levosimendan, and the treatment group was treated with Xinhuosu on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function indexes and related laboratory indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter(LVEDD)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the ratio of early/late diastolic peak rate(E/A)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of MMP-2 and cTnI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with heart failure, the combined administration of Xinhuosu and Levosimendan can obtain exact results, effectively reduce myocardial injury and improve cardiac function.
