Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets Combined with Levosimendan in the Treatment of Patients with Low Ejection Fraction Type Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets combined with Levosimendan in the treatment of patients with low ejection fraction type heart failure.Method:A total of 86 patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction treated in Longkou People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group and study group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets,and the study group was given Levosimendan Injection based on the control group.Myocardial injury markers,cardiac function indexes before treatment and at 4 weeks of treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:At 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of cardiac troponin T(cTnT),cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and free fatty acid(FFA)in both groups were decreased,and the levels of cTnT,FFA and cTnI in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 4 weeks of treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)were decreased in both groups,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was increased,LVEDD and LVESD in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and LVEF was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:In patients with low ejection fraction heart failure,Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets combined with Levosimendan can effectively improve heart function,with accurate effect.
