Effect of Need Hierarchical Nursing on Patients with Cervical Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of need hierarchical nursing on patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 105 cases of cervical cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to Fujian Funeng Group General Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected.They were divided into control group (n=52) and observation group (n=53) according to random method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with need hierarchical nursing.Cancer fatigue,hope level,quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of physical fatigue,emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue were decreased in both groups,and the scores of physical fatigue,emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of positive attitude towards reality and future,taking positive actions,and maintaining close relationship with others increased in both groups,and the scores of positive attitude towards reality and future,taking positive actions,and maintaining close relationship with others were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and disease symptoms of the two groups were increased,and the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and disease symptoms of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The need hierarchical nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of cancer fatigue in patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy,improve the level of hope and quality of life of patients,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
