Abstract:Objective:To explore the application of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) combined life hope program nursing in functional rehabilitation of hemiplegic after acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 86 patients with hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected by convenience sampling method. They were divided into odd and even groups according to their hospitalization numbers, with odd numbers as the control group and even numbers as the observation group. The control group (n=43) was given routine nursing, and the observation group (n=43) was given FMEA combined life hope program nursing. The adverse mood, psychological stress and functional rehabilitation of the two groups before and after 4 weeks of intervention were observed and compared.Result:After 4 weeks of intervention, the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the physical reaction, psychological reaction and social behavior scores were lower than that of the control group, and the neurological function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the limb motor function score was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:FMEA combined with life hope program nursing can significantly relieve the bad mood of hemiplegia patients after acute cerebral infarction, reduce the level of psychological stress, promote the recovery of neural function and motor function.
