Impact of Nursing with Integrated Health Behavior Change Oriented on Stroke Patients

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the impact of nursing with integrated health behavior change oriented on stroke patients.Method:A total of 300 stroke patients admitted to the Sanming First Hospital from February to July 2023 were selected.They were divided into experimental group (n=150) and control group (n=150) according to stratified random sampling.The control group received usual nursing,and the experimental group received nursing with integrated health behavior change oriented.Neurological function,self-efficacy,self-esteem,mental resilience,self-management ability and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the modified Rankin rating scale (MRS) score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the scores of stroke self-efficacy scale (SSEQ),Rosenberg self-esteem scale,psychological resilience scale (CD-RISC),self-management behavior score and stroke patient quality of life scale (QLICD-ST) were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing with integrated health behavior change oriented significantly improved the neurological function,self-efficacy,self-esteem,mental resilience,self-management ability and quality of life of stroke patients,and provided strong support for the comprehensive rehabilitation of stroke patients.
