Efficacy and Safety of Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets Combined with Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Complicated with Duodenal Ulcer

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection complicated with duodenal ulcer.Method:A total of 118 patients with Hp infection complicated with duodenal ulcer who treated in Fuqing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into the combined group and the triple group according to the simple random method,59 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with Amoxicillin,Clarithromycin and Bismuth Potassium Citrate,and the combined group was additionally treated with Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets,two groups were treated continuously for 14 d.The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication,ulcer healing,gastrointestinal hormones,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate,Hp eradication rate and ulcer healing rate of the combined group were 94.92％,88.14％ and 93.22％,respectively,which were significantly higher than 81.36％,72.88％ and 72.88％ of the triple group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of gastrin,mucosal tissue gastrin-17 (Gas-17),interleukin-8 (IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than than those in the triple group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 18.64％,compared with 16.95％ in the triple group,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets combined with triple therapy can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with Hp infection complicated with duodenal ulcer,eradicate Hp,repair mucosal tissue,contribute to the healing of duodenal ulcer,and reduce inflammatory response,this treatment regimen is effective and safe.
