Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of titanium clip under painless colonoscopy combined with endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of colorectal polyps.Method:A total of 105 patients with colorectal polyps who underwent surgery in Guanlin Hospital of Yixing from March 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group (endoscopic mucosal resection under painless colonoscopy,n=50) and the study group (titanium clip under painless colonoscopy combined with endoscopic mucosal resection,n=55) according to different surgical schemes. The therapeutic effect, operation related indexes and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups (P>0.05).The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of titanium clip under painless colonoscopy combined with endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of colorectal polyps is similar to that of endoscopic mucosal resection under painless colonoscopy, the intraoperative blood loss is less, the hospitalization time is shorter, and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower, but the operation time is longer.
