Abstract:Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of Nifedipine combined with Magnesium Sulfate Injection in the treatment of pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP).Method:A total of 86 pregnant women with HDP who treated in the Obstetrics Department of Zhangzhou Municipal Hospital of Fujian Province from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate Injection, while the observation group was treated with Nifedipine combined with Magnesium Sulfate Injection. The clinical efficacy, symptom improvement time, blood pressure normalization time, blood pressure levels[systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP)],adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40% of the control group;the improvement times of edema, dizziness, nausea, blurred vision, proteinuria and blood pressure normalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;after treatment, the levels of SBP and DBP in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of Magnesium Sulfate Injection in the treatment of pregnant women with HDP,Nifedipine can achieve more significant curative effect, which can not only effectively improve blood pressure level, accelerate symptom relief, but also reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions.
