Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Celecoxib treatment in patients with acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 95 patients with acute pancreatitis from January 2021 to January 2024 in Jinjiang Hospital were selected and divided into odd even groups. The control group was treated with Somatostatin, while the study group was treated with Celecoxib on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, safety, inflammatory factors, and blood routine indicators were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and control group (P>0.05).The levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the blood routine indicators (average platelet volume, hematocrit, neutrophil lymphocyte ratio) of the study group were all better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Celecoxib is clinically effective and safe in the treatment of acute pancreatitis, which can alleviate inflammation.
