Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the anesthetic effect of low-dose Propofol,Sufentanil combined with Dexmedetomidine during hysteroscopic surgery and its impact on postoperative sleep quality of patients.Method:A total of 280 patients with hysteroscopic surgery treated in Xiamen Anbao Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the principle of random double-blind control, with 140 cases in each group. The control group received Propofol and Sufentanil anesthesia, and the experimental group received Dexmedetomidine,Sufentanil and low-dose Propofol anesthesia. The heart rate (HR),mean arterial pressure (MAP),blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) before anesthesia induction (T0),after anesthesia induction (T1),during cervical dilation (T2),and after recovery (T3),operation time, recovery time,post-recovery sedation (Ramsay) score and visual analog scale (VAS) score of the two groups were recorded and compared. The Athens insomnia scale (AIS) score was used to evaluate the sleep status of the two groups before surgery, the first day and the third day after surgery, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Result:There was no significant difference in HR between the two groups at different time (P>0.05).MAP of experimental group at T1,T2 and T3 were higher than those of control group,SpO2 of experimental group at T1 was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).The recovery time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the Ramsay score and VAS score of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The AIS scores of the experimental group on the first and third days after surgery were lower than those of the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthesia method using Dexmedetomidine,Sufentanil, and low-dose Propofol in hysteroscopic surgery can effectively improve the sedation and analgesia effects, shorten the surgery time and awakening time, improve postoperative sleep quality, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
