Application Effect of Dalteparin Sodium Anticoagulation in Schistosomiasis Cirrhosis Complicated with Portal Vein Thrombosis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of Dalteparin Sodium anticoagulation in schistosomiasis cirrhosis complicated with portal vein thrombosis.Method:A total of 80 patients with schistosomiasis cirrhosis complicated with portal vein thrombosis who admitted to Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment such as anti-inflammatory and liver protection,and the observation group was treated with Dalteparin Sodium anticoagulation.The portal vein thrombosis volume[measured before treatment (T1),1 month after treatment (T2),3 months after treatment (T3) and 6 months after treatment (T4)],coagulation indexes (prothrombin time,platelet count),liver function indexes[alanine transaminase (ALT),aspartate transferase (AST),serum albumin (ALB)]and complications were compared between two groups.Result:Compared with T2,T3 and T4,the portal vein thrombosis volume in two groups at T1 were reduced,the prothrombin times were prolonged,and the platelet count were increased,the portal vein thrombosis volume in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the prothrombin time was longer than that in the control group,and the platelet count was higher than that in the control group,there were statistically significant differences between groups,time points,and interaction between groups and time points (P<0.05).At 6 months of treatment,the ALT and AST in two groups were lower than those before treatment,ALB were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the recanalization rate of portal vein thrombosis was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dalteparin Sodium anticoagulation can effectively improve the thrombus volume of patients with schistosomiasis cirrhosis complicated with portal vein thrombosis,improve coagulation and liver function indicators,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote vascular recanalization.
