Effect of Amlodipine Besylate Triple Drug Therapy on Patients with Refractory Hypertension

Abstract：Objective:To study the effect of Amlodipine Besylate triple drug therapy on patients with refractory hypertension.Method:A total of 100 patients with refractory hypertension treated in Huai'an Shuguang Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given triple drug treatment of Nifedipine,and the experimental group was given triple drug treatment of Amlodipine Besylate.Blood pressure,serum indexes,hemodynamics before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,24 h systolic blood pressure,24 h diastolic blood pressure,daytime systolic blood pressure,daytime diastolic blood pressure,night systolic blood pressure,night diastolic blood pressure were decreased in both groups,and 24 h systolic blood pressure,24 h diastolic blood pressure,daytime systolic blood pressure,daytime diastolic blood pressure,night systolic blood pressure,night diastolic blood pressure were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 1,25-Dihydroxy-Vitamin D3[1,25(OH)2D3],nitric oxide (NO) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) were increased in both groups,homocysteine (Hcy) level decreased,and 1,25(OH)2D3,NO and T-AOC levels in experimental group were higher than those in control group,while Hcy levels were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the average blood flow velocity,vascular pulse index and peripheral vascular resistance were decreased in both groups,while the cardiac acceleration index was increased,the average blood flow velocity,vascular pulse index and peripheral vascular resistance in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the cardiac acceleration index was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine Besylate triple drug treatment in patients with refractory hypertension has a significant antihypertensive effect,can effectively improve the cardiac and cerebral hemodynamics of patients and regulate the relevant serum indexes,with good safety.
