Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Roy adaptation model combined with aerobic exercise on patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy. Method:A total of 100 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma admitted to the First Hospital of Longyan Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from April 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the control group and the study group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention and aerobic exercise, while the study group was given Roy adaptation model intervention on the basis of the control group. The level of mental resilience,compliance,fatigue,post-traumatic growth and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Result:Before intervention, there was no significant difference in mental resilience,fatigue,post-traumatic growth and quality of life between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of psychological resilience,post-traumatic growth, quality of life and compliance of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the score of fatigue degree was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:Roy adaptation mode combined with aerobic exercise can improve the level of mental resilience and post-traumatic growth of patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma chemotherapy, and then help to improve patients' treatment compliance, reduce patients' fatigue degree, and have a positive impact on the improvement of patients' quality of life.
