Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of rosastat on anemia index, iron metabolism, serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels in hemodialysis (HD) patients with renal anemia (RA). Method:126 patients with HD and RA admitted to Nantong Ruici Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were divided into observation group (n=63) and control group (n=63) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO),and the observation group was treated with rosastat. The anemia indexes[hemoglobin (Hb),red blood cell count (RBC),hematocrit (HCT)],iron metabolism[serum ferritin (SF),transferrin (TRF),total iron binding capacity (TIBC)],serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels were compared between the two groups. Result:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the Hb,RBC and HCT of the observation group were higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the SF of the observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the TRF and TIBC of the observation group were higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the IL-6 and TNF-α of the observation group were lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The Total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with rHuEPO,roxadustat is more effective in patients with HD and RA,which can effectively improve anemia, iron metabolism indicators and inhibit the occurence of inflammation.
