Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of gastric antrum ultrasonography measurement in laparoscopic surgery anesthesia for acute abdomen.Method:The clinical data of 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery anethesia for acute abdomen in the Second People's Hospital of Huadu,Guangzhou from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis. The patients were divided into two groups according to the different detection methods.60 cases in each group.Group A underwent emergency laparoscopic surgery anethesia with routine fasting and abstinence.Group B was also used gastric antrum ultrasonography measurement.Using ultrasound measurements of antrum in cross-section(CSA)to guide intervention, and group B was divided into empty stomach group, intermediate stomach contents group and full stomach group according to the three semi-quantitative grades of Perlas. The incidence of vomiting in the two groups was compared,as well as the treatment rate, delayed operation rate and incidence of vomiting in different patients in group B.Result:There was no significant difference of the incidence of vomiting during anesthesia induction(P>0.05);the incidence of vomiting of anesthesia recovery and 2 h after surgery and the total incidence of vomiting in group B were lower than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The processing rate of full stomach patients and postoperative vomiting rate of full stomach patients in empty stomach group were lower than those in intermediate stomach contents group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The processing rate of full stomach patients, the rate of delayed operation and the incidence of vomiting 2 h after operation in the empty stomach group were lower than those in the full stomach group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of gastric antrum ultrasonography measurement can reduce the incidence of vomiting, reduce the risk of reflux aspiration and improve the safety and controllability of anesthesia.
