Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Rosuvastatin combined with Ezetimibe in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Method:A total of 118 elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia admitted to Jingmen Rehabilitation Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(59 cases, treated with Rosuvastatin)and the observation group(treated with Rosuvastatin combined with Ezetimibe). The clinical efficacy, endothelial function, heart function, lipid metabolism level and adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.61%,significantly higher than 83.05%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in levels of vascular endothelial function[pigment epithelial-derived factor(PEDF),endothelin-1(ET-1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(VCAM-1)],cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)],lipids metabolism[triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of PEDF,LVEF,and HDL-C in the observation group were(1.33±0.35)ng/mL,(50.89±5.78)%,and(1.89±0.61)mmol/L,respectively,significantly higher than those in the control group, the levels of ET-1,VEGF,VCAM-1,LVEDD,LVESD,TG,TC and LDL-C were(92.50±5.64)ng/mL,(21.35±3.41)pg/mL,(392.89±74.78)ng/mL,(52.40±5.64)mm,(40.15±3.51)mm,(3.30±0.94)mmol/L,(3.25±0.61)mmol/L and(1.32±0.45)mmol/L,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period, there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia, the combination of Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe has a significant therapeutic effect, which can effectively improve vascular endothelial function and heart function, regulate lipid metabolism levels, and has good safety.
