Abstract:Objective:To explore the anesthetic effect of Sevoflurane combined with Dexmedetomidine in laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients received laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in Chengwu County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with Propofol, and the observation group was anesthetized with Sevoflurane combined with Dexmedetomidine. The effects of sedation, hemodynamic indexes, incidence of adverse reactions and comfort were compared between the two groups.Result:Before anesthesia(T0),there were no significant differences in Ramsay sedation score and hemodynamic indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).At the time of skin resection(T1),10 min after skin resection(T2)and the completion of surgery(T3),the Ramsay sedation score of the two groups was higher than those of the T0,and the Ramsay sedation score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).T0,there were no significant differences in hemodynamic indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).T1-T3,the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)in the control group were higher than those in T0 and observation group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4 h after anesthesia, the Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)scores of physiological, psychological, environmental and sociocultural scores in both groups were higher than those before anesthesia, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sevoflurane combined with Dexmedetomidine can improve the anesthetic effect, stabilize the hemodynamic index, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the comfort level.
