Effect of Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Combined Treatment on Patients with Cholecystolithiasis and Bile Duct Calculus

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic and endoscopic combined treatment on patients with cholecystolithiasis and bile duct calculus.Method:A total of 70 patients with cholecystolithiasis and bile duct calculus admitted to the Baiyun Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional surgery,the observation group was given laparoscopic and endoscopic combined treatment.The pain condition and quality of life before and 3 d after operation,perioperative indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Three days after operation,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MOS item short form 36 health survey(SF-36)score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the first postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay were shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significance in incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy and endoscopy combination therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and bile duct calculus,it has the advantages of less pain,less intraoperative blood loss and faster postoperative recovery,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
