Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Safflower and Aceglutamide Injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment.Method:A total of 88 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment admitted to Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were prospectively selected. They were divided into study group and control group,44 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment, the control group was given Safflower and Aceglutamide Injection, and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine hot compress on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect after treatment, neurological function, cognitive function, serological index and cerebral hemodynamics before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than 79.55%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the score of the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of S-100 calcium binding protein β(S-100β)and visinin like protein 1(VILIP-1)in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the peak flow velocity of systole(Vp)and mean velocity(Vm)of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the pulse index(PI)was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Safflower and Aceglutamide Injection and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can promote neurological function recovery, improve cognitive function, improve cerebral hemodynamics, and enhance treatment effectiveness in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment.
