Application Effect of Solution Focused Approach Combined with AIDET Communication Mode in Parturients with Late Premature Rupture of Membranes

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of solution focused approach combined with AIDET communication mode in parturients with late premature rupture of membranes.Method:A total of 116 parturients with late premature rupture of membranes who admitted to Guangdong Women and Children's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,according to the order of admission,the parturients admitted from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and the parturients admitted from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine delivery nursing,and the observation group was given solution focused approach combined with AIDET communication mode on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],fear of childbirth[childbirth fear questionnaire(CAQ)],labor process,mode of delivery,Apgar scores at 1 min and 5 min after birth of the newborn were compared between two groups.Result:At admission,there were no significant differences in the negative emotions and fear of childbirth between two groups(P>0.05);at entering the delivery room,the SAS score,SDS score and CAQ score of two groups were lower than those at admission,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference in vaginal delivery rate between two groups(P>0.05).The Apgar scores at 1 min and 5 min after birth of the newborn in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of solution focused approach combined with AIDET communication mode in parturients with late premature rupture of membranes can alleviate bad mood and fear of childbirth,which can promote the progress of labor and can improve maternal and infant outcomes.
