Abstract:Objective:To analyze the application effect of mobile data platform intervention in patients with post-stroke dysphagic.Method:A total of 120 patients with post-stroke dysphagic treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from October 2020 to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received mobile data platform intervention. The eating condition, health behavior, mental state and daily living ability of the two groups were compared after nursing.Result:The total effective rate of safe eating in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 88.33%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The each grade scores and total scores of health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The toughness,self-reliance and optimism scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of daily living ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the scores of daily living ability in both groups were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mobile data platform intervention can significantly improve patients with post-stroke dysphagic eating problems, improve patients'health behaviors, improve patients'mental state and daily living ability, and improve patients'quality of life.
