Abstract:Objective:To study the vitamin A(VA),D(VD),E(VE)levels in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)and their relationship with immune function.Method:A total of 100 children with RRTI admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 30 healthy physical examination children were selected as the control group by voluntary principle. The levels of VA,VD,VE,cellular immune function index and humoral immune function index of two groups were detected. The levels of VA,VD,VE,cellular immune function index and humoral immune function index were compared between the two groups. The relationship between VA,VD,VE levels and cellular and humoral immune function indexes in RRTI children was analyzed.Result:The levels of VA,VD and VE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in observation group were lower than those in control group, and CD8+was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the levels of VA,VD and VE were positively correlated with CD3+,CD4+/CD8+,CD4+,IgA,IgM and IgG,and negatively correlated with CD8+(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of VA,VD,VE,auto-cellular immunity and humoral immunity of RRTI children are significantly different from those of healthy children, and the Vitamin content of children is related to immune function.
