Effect of Lai's Neck Three Needles Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of Lai's neck three needles combined with massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Method:A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis who treated in Longyan People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to the random distribution method.The control group was treated with Lai's neck three needles,and the observation group was treated with massage on the basis of the control group.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and the degree of conscious neck pain were compared between two groups before and after 3 courses of treatment,and the clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated after 3 months of treatment.Result:After 3 courses of treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,pain rating index(PRI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after completion of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67％,which was significantly higher than 76.67％of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Lai's neck three needles combined with massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is remarkable,which can reduce traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,alleviate various clinical symptoms,and reduce the degree of conscious neck pain.
