Application Effect of Acupoint Acupuncture Combined with Yiqi Zhuyu Decoction in Patients after Gastric Cancer Radical Operation

Abstract：Objective:To observe the application effect of acupoint acupuncture combined with Yiqi Zhuyu Decoction in patients after gastric cancer radical operation.Method:Sixty patients after gastric cancer radical operation treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into conventional group(n=30)and acupuncture and medicine combination group(n=30)according to simple random method.The conventional group was given Yiqi Zhuyu Decoction,and the acupuncture and medicine combination group was given acupoint acupuncture combined Yiqi Zhuyu Decoction.The pain degree at 1 d,2 d,3 d,5 d and 7 d after operation,perioperative indexes and complications,gastrointestinal hormone and immune function before and after 1 week of treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:At 2 d,3 d,5 d and 7 d after operation,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the acupuncture and medicine combination group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed after operation and the time of first anal exhaust in the acupuncture and medicine combination group were earlier than those in the conventional group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance in the incidences of incision infection,anastomotic fistula,abdominal abscess and pulmonary infection between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the levels of Ghrelin and motilin(MTL)were increased in both groups,and the levels of Ghrelin and MTL in the acupuncture and medicine combination group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,CD3+CD4+T cells,CD3+CD8+T cells,CD16+CD56+NK cells were increased in both groups,and CD3+CD4+T cells,CD3+CD8+T cells,CD16+CD56+NK cells in the acupuncture and medicine combination group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint acupuncture combined with Yiqi Zhuyu Decoction can relieve pain,improve immune function and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gastric cancer radical operation.
