Clinical Efficacy of Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre Granule Combined with Monelukast on Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre Granule combined with Monelukast in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Method:A total of 76 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the People's Hospital of Yingshan from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre Granule combined with Monelukast.The immune function and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the improvement time,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,while the levels of CD8+ were significantly lower than before treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD8+ was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-5(IL-5)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)were significantly higher than before treatment,the levels of IL-5 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10 were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,the disappearance time of moist rales,the recovery time of chest film and the fever in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 89.47%,which was significantly higher than 71.05%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.26%,slightly lower than 7.89%in the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre Granule and Monelukast can effectively improve the clinical effect of MPP,without increasing adverse reactions,improve the level of inflammatory factors,and enhance the level of cellular immunity in children.
