Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bone decompression combined with medical ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis who admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into the treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the random number table method. The treatment group was treated with bone decompression combined with medical ozone injection, and the control group was treated with Glucosamine Hydrochloride combined with Celecoxib. The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score before and after treatment and efficacy were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment, the VAS score and WOMAC score of two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone decompression combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a good effect, which can effectively reduce the VAS score and WOMAC score, and its operation is relatively simple.
