Abstract:Objective:To compare the clinical effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)internal fixation and locking steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Method:The clinical data of 104 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to Yongtai County Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical method, they were divided into control group and observation group,52 cases in each group. The observation group was given PFNA internal fixation and the control group was given locking steel plate internal fixation.Perioperative indexes, hip joint function before operation,1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation, clinical efficacy, complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the postoperative bedtime activity time and the time of fracture healing were earlier than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss volume and drainage volume were less than those of the control group, and the incision length was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation, the Harris score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 month after operation, the physiological function, mental health, emotional function, social function, vitality, physical pain, physiological function and overall health scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PFNA internal fixation treatment was given for patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur can optimize surgical indicators, improve hip joint function, reduce complications and improve quality of life.
