Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Labetalol combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension and its influence on vascular endothelial function and maternal and infant outcomes.Method:The data of 150 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected. They were divided into single group(n=75)and combined group(n=75)according to different medication methods. The single group was given Nifedipine Tablets, and the combined group was given Labetalol Hydrochloride Tablets on the basis of a single group. The clinical efficacy, vascular endothelial function, umbilical arterial hemodynamics before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment, delivery mode and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of single group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the level of nitric oxide(NO)increased, and the levels of human soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1(sFIt-1)and endothelin-1(ET-1)decreased in both groups, the level of NO in combined group was higher than that in single group, and the levels of sFIt-1 and ET-1 were lower than those in single group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,S/D and pulse index(PI)were decreased in both groups, and S/D and PI in the combined group were lower than those in the single group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group, and the preterm delivery rate was lower than that of the single group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Labetalol combined with Nifedipine is effective in treating gestational hypertension, which can effectively improve vascular endothelial function and umbilical artery hemodynamics in patients, and reduce the incidence of premature birth.
