Effect of Jianpi Hewei Decoction Combined with Warming Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Spleen Deficiency and Chillness Type and Its Influence on Levels of Inflammatory Factor

Abstract：Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Hewei Decoction combined with warming acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and chillness type and its influence on the levels of inflammatory factor.Method:From June 2021 to October 2022,84 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen deficiency and chillness type who admitted to Liedong Branch of Sanming First Hospital were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random stratification method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with Jianpi Hewei Decoction combined with warming acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional chinese medicine symptom scores,changes of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric dull pain,postprandial fullness,belching and acid regurgitation,mental fatigue and fatigue,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Jianpi Hewei Decoction combined with warming acupuncture and moxibustion for chronic atrophic gastritis patients with spleen deficiency and chillness type is accurate,which is not only helpful to improve clinical symptoms,but also can reduce the rate of inflammatory reaction of the body,and is safe and reliable.
