Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of immune-enhancing type enteral nutrition during perioperative period in patients with radical resection of colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 120 patients who underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer in Qinzhou First People's Hospital from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given routine parenteral nutrition support treatment during perioperative period, and the experimental group was given immune-enhanced type enteral nutrition treatment during perioperative period. The nutritional indexes, immune indexes, inflammatory indexes and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Result:At 1 d before surgery, there were no significant differences in transferrin(TFN),serum albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)between the two groups(P>0.05).At 7 d after surgery, the levels of TFN,ALB and PA in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d before surgery, there were no significant differences in serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA),CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups(P>0.05).At 7 d after surgery, serum IgG,IgM,IgA,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in experimental group were higher than those in control group, and CD8+ was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d before surgery, there were no significant differences in C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups(P>0.05),At 7 d after surgery,CRP and IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization in experimental group was(12.45±2.21)d,which was shorter than(13.93±2.86)d in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=-3.172,P=0.002).Conclusion:Perioperative period use of immune-enhancing type enteral nutrition in patients with radical resection of colorectal cancer can improve nutritional status, enhance immune function, relieve inflammatory response, promote body rehabilitation and shorten hospital stay.
