Effect of Bevacizumab Combined with Conventional Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Patients with Breast Cancer and Its Influence on CTC,Recurrence and Metastasis Related Indexes

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of Bevacizumab combined with conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with breast cancer and its influence on circulating tumor cell(CTC),recurrence and metastasis related indexes.Method:A total of 80 patients with breast cancer admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2020 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group received Bevacizumab on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,toxicity and side effects,CTC and recurrence and metastasis related indexes before treatment,after 1 course of treatment and after 3 courses of treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the toxicity and side effects incidences of nausea and vomiting,leukopenia abnormal cardiac rhythm and fever between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 course of treatment and 3 courses of treatment,the positive rate of CTC and the number of CTC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 course of treatment and 3 courses of treatment,the levels of human epididymal protein 4(HE4),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Bevacizumab combined with conventional chemotherapy in breast cancer patients is good,the safety is worthy of affirmation,and can effectively control CTC and recurrence and metastasis indicators.
