Prevention and Nursing Care of Postoperative Complications of Thyroid Diseases

Abstract：Objective:To observe and analyze the prevention and nursing intervention of postoperative complications of thyroid diseases.Method:100 cases of thyroid diseases patients who accepted treatment in our hospital from May 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=50) and the control group(n=50) according to the grouping method of odd and even.The control group was given conventional nursing mode,the observation group was given nursing intervention mode for nursing care.The incidence of complications and nursing effect of the two groups were observed.Result:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention measures for patients after thyroid surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the nursing satisfaction,the clinical effect is obvious and it is worthy of popularization and application.
