Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intravenous amiodarone in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:65 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with tachyarrhythmia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups both were given anti myocardial infarction treatment, the observation group were given amiodarone treatment, the control group was given lidocaine treatment. The therapeutic effect of the two groups, the recurrence of chest pain, the occurrence of rapid arrhythmia and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in two groups.Result:The recurrence of chest pain and the incidence rate of fast arrhythmia in the observation group were lower than that in the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous injection of amiodarone in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia in patients with acute myocardial infarction has significant effect, and which can better control the clinical symptoms, the incidence of adverse reactions is low, it is worth learning.
