Analysis of Effect of Tirofiban in the Emergency Percutaneous Coronary Intervention of Patients with Acute ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Abstract:Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of tirofiban in the emergency percutaneous coronary intervention of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Method:68 patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction were selected and randomly divided into tirofiban group and conventional treatment group. Two groups were given emergency percutaneous coronary intervention treatment, the conventional treatment group was given the conventional treatment,on the basis of the conventional treatment, tirofiban was used to the tirofiban group. The coronary blood flow was observed in the two groups after operation, and adverse events were recorded.Result:The proportion of TIMI3 in the tirofiban group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)(TIMI3).The incidence of adverse events of the tirofiban group(14.7%) was lower than that of the conventional treatment group(32.3%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tirofiban may improve the effect of the emergency percutaneous coronary intervention of the patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, and increase the incidence of adverse, the effect is significant.
