Diagnosis and Treatment of 6 Cases of Simple Cystic Cystitis
Abstract:Objective:To discuss clinical manifestations and pathological basis,treatment and prognosis of simple cystic cystitis.Method:From January 2007 to January 2013,six cases of simple cystic cystitis in our hospital were selected,their clinical manifestations,imaging findings,different treatment options,whether to give chemotherapy after infusion,the prognosis were analyzed.Result:Four cases with partial cystectomy,postoperative were given intravesical chemotherapy drugs,follow-up of 3 years,1 patient had recurrent cystadenomatous cystitis,more than three cases so far were no recurrence.The other 2 cases with transurethral plasma transurethral surgery,intravesical chemotherapy underwent,followed-up without recurrence.Conclusion:Simple cysticcystitis is clinically rare type of inflammation of the bladder,which no specific clinical features,pathological diagnosis is the gold standard for diagnosis,easy to relapse is characterized,by active anti-inflammatory treatment and postoperative intravesical chemotherapy is effective prevention of recurrence of cystic cystitis.
