Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of Losartan Potassium on uric acid in chronic glomerulonephritis.Method:From October 2012 to October 2015,70 cases with chronic glomerulonephritis in Meishan City People’s Hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,35 cases in each group.Patients of the control group taken Valsartan,80 mg/d,patients of the research group taken Losartan Potassium,100 mg/d,the 24 h urine protein and blood uric acid levels in patients of two groups after 3 months were examined.Result:24 h urine protein quantity of two groups were lower than which before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood uric acid level of patients in the research group was obviously decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While the blood uric acid levels in the control group was increased, but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).There were no differences about albumin in two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Losartan Potassium can not only lower urinary protein of patient with chronic glomerulonephritis, but also has the function of the lower serum uric acid levels, worthy of clinical application.
