Abstract:Objective:To systematically evaluate therapeutic effects of co-infusion of platelets and cryoprecipitation in the treatment of patients with massive blood loss.Method:The domestic lectures were retrieved from databases including CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Database. The meta-analyses were performed with RevMan 5.3 software for 15 randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of 1316 patients.Result:Compared with platelet group,PT,APTT and the average hemostasis time of co-infusion were all significantly shorten(P<0.01),the consumption of suspended red blood cells in 24 h was decreased significantly(P<0.01),and hemostatic efficiency was improved significantly(P<0.01),and post transfusion PLT had no significant changes(P>0.05).Compared with cryoprecipitation group, PT,APTT and the average hemostasis time of co-infusion were all significantly shorten(P<0.01),the consumption of suspended red blood cells in 24 h was decreased significantly(P<0.01),and hemostatic efficiency and post transfusion PLT were improved significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Co-infusion overcome the coagulation disorders in patients with massive blood loss, and it is the best method of hemostatic effect. It will win enough time for saving the patient’s precious life.
