Clinical Treatment Analysis of Neck Lymph Node Tuberculosis Ulcer

Abstract：[Absract] Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of regional lymph node cleaning technique for neck lymph node tuberculosis ulcer.Method:From September 2007 to May 2014 in our hospital,91 patients with neck lymph node tuberculosis ulcer were selected and divided into surgery group(46 cases) and control group(45 cases).The surgery group was given regional lymph node cleaning technique,while the control group was given topical treatment and dressing.All patients underwent standardized anti-TB drug treatment.Result:The cure rate of the surgery group was 84.78% and the control group was 35.56%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The regional lymph node cleaning technique for neck lymph node tuberculosis ulcer is curative,safe and feasible.
