Analysis of the Hemostatic Effect of Intrauterine Packing Gauze in Caesarean Section of Placenta Previa

Abstract：Objective:To analyze and and probe the hemostatic effect of intrauterine packing gauze in caesarean section of placenta previa. Method:40 puerperas with placenta previa in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Puerperas in both groups all adopted the way of cesarean delivery for production.Puerperas in the experimental group were given article gauze tamponade hemostasis,the control group was given blood mat to stop the bleeding.Then the maternal bleeding of the two groups were recorded and analyzed. Result:The intraoperative blood transfusion rate of the experimental group was 15%,lower than 40% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the operation time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the rate of primary healing of incision and fever rate between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The postoperative blood loss of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intrauterine packing gauze has significant hemostatic effect in patients with placenta previa cesarean section,it has no significant difference in the wound healing after surgery with conventional methods,it is a safe and effective hemostatic way,which deserves to be promoted in clinical application.
