Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of posterior laminectomy and semi-laminectomy treatment in spinal nerve sheath tumors. Method:35 cases of spinal nerve sheath tumor patients in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was given semi-laminectomy treatment, the control group was treated with posterior posterior laminectomy. The operation indicators, the situation of the improvement of clinical symptoms, tumor resection and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The operation indicators, the improvement rate of clinical symptoms and the incidence rate of complications of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the tumor resection rate between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Semi-laminectomy for patients with spinal nerve sheath tumors can shorten treatment time, reduce blood loss and improve clinical symptoms,it has high security.
