Effectiveness Evaluation of Extended Nursing Service Applied to Patients with Kidney Disease

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the effect of extended nursing service applied to patients with kidney disease.Method:From January 2014 to August 2014 in our hospital,1250 discharged patients with kidney disease were elected as the control group and proceeded routine nursing,from January to August 2015 in our hospital,1352 cases of discharged patients with kidney disease were elected as the experimental group and proceeded the extended nursing.After discharged two groups were carried out satisfaction review with unified satisfaction questionnaire,and results of questionaire were analyzed.Result:The nursing service satisfaction of the experimental group was better than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying extended nursing service to patients with kidney disease can significantly improve patients’ satisfaction and the achievability of nurses,which is worth for further clinical promotion.
