The Operating Room Standardized Nursing Application in Elderly Hip Arthroplasty

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized nursing in operation room in elderly patients with hip joint replacement. Method:From March 2013 to December 2015,46 cases of total hip replacement in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,23 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care in the operation room,the observation group was given operation room standardized nursing based on the control group.The nursing efficacy in the two groups of patients were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the operation time,blood loss and postoperative Harris hip function score were better than the observation group,the differences between two groups were significant differences(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 91.30% and 69.56% in the control group,there was significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operation room standardized nursing care for elderly patients with hip replacement is better,and it is worth learning.
