Abstract:Objective:To summarize and analyze the clinical and pathological features, diagnosis and prognosis of microinvasive breast carcinoma(MBC). Method:The clinical data of 13 cases of breast MBC in our hospital from 2009 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively, the histopathological features of the breast were observed and some cases were treated with immunohistochemistry.Result:13 cases of breast MBC,maximum infiltration of tumor diameter was less than or equal to 1 mm,with carcinoma in situ in 9 cases of high grade ductal carcinoma in situ,3 cases were in grade ductal carcinoma in situ,1 case of low grade ductal carcinoma in situ.Immunohistochemistry:ER/PR(strongly positive>75%) in 4 cases,ER/PR(-) in 7 cases,HER-2(3+) in 7 cases,HER-2(2+) in 4 cases,HER-2(-) in 2 cases, myoepithelial markers P63,CK5/6,Calponin in situ was positive, infiltration part was negative. Conclusion:MBC of breast is a rare breast cancer,WHO(2012) breast tumor classification rules:in mammary stroma appeared single or multiple independent microscopic invasive foci were characterized and the size of each lesion were less than or equal to 1 mm for diagnostic criteria.Immunohistochemical myoepithelial markers are helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Recurrence and metastasis of the disease rarely occur, there is a good prognosis.
