Effect of Health Education and Psychological Nursing in Gastric Ulcer Perforation

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the effect of health education and psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients. Method:Sixty patients with gastric ulcer perforation admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given health education and psychological nursing intervention based on the routine nursing,the nursing effect of two groups of patients were compared.Result:The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the mental health scores and gastric ulcer perforation basic knowledge awareness of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study results show that in the clinical treatment of patients with gastric ulcer perforation,health education and psychological nursing intervention should be given on the basis of the conventional nursing,which help deepen the patients’ understanding of the basic knowledge of gastric ulcer perforation,improve the patient’s mental health and shorten their hospitalization time,it is worthy of promoting.
