Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of removal of ultra early minimally invasive surgery of cerebral hemorrhage with small bone window treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:88 cases in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2015 for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, they were divided into ultra early group(onset within 6 hours)and the early group(onset during the 6 to 12 hours),44 cases in each group, two groups of patients were intravenous anesthesia and implementation of minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma, observation were compared between the two groups of patients with rebleeding rate and clinical efficacy.Result:The total effective rate(95.45%) of the ultra early group was significantly better than that of the early group(65.91%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and operation time of the ultra early group were significantly shorter than the early group, the incidence of the complications was significantly lower than that of the early group, hematoma clearance rate was significantly higher than that of the early group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra early small bone window craniotomy evacuation of hematoma can be effective treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and less adverse reaction, high security,it is worth clinical application.
