Observation on the Application Effect of Internal and External Fixation Combined Treatment in Patients with Unstable Fracture of Radius

Abstract：Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of internal and external fixation combined treatment in patients with unstable fracture of radius.Method:62 patients with unstable fracture of radius in our hospital from February 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects,and 62 patients were randomly divided into control group(back side plate internal fixation group)and observation group(internal and external fixation combined treatment group),31 cases in each group,then the wrist joint function evaluation results,nailfold microcirculation and wrist joint related parameters before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The wrist joint function total excellent and good rate of observation group were higher than those of control group, the nailfold microcirculation and wrist joint related parameters of observation group at different time after the treatment were all better than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of internal and external fixation combined treatment in patients with unstable fracture of radius are better,and its improvement role for the wrist joint function state and related parameters are more obvious.
