Influence on the Clinical Efficacy,Adverse Psychological and Quality of Life of Personalized Nursing Intervention in Patients with Gastric Ulcer

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy,adverse psychological and quality of life of personalized nursing intervention in patients with gastric ulcer.Method:60 cases of gastric ulcer patients in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention,the clinical efficacy,adverse psychological and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the scores of anxiety and depression of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of gastric ulcer can improve the therapeutic effect of patients,improve patients’psychological states and the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion the application.
