ZHU Juan
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the risk factors of proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR),to provide the basis for clinical treatment of PDR. Method:80 PDR (PDR group) patients who were waiting for surgical treatment and 100 cases of diabetic patients without PDR (DM group) in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected. The basic condition of the patients in both groups, the laboratory examination results were analyzed. The risk factors affecting the development of PDR were explored.Result:The medical data of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, creatinine and urea nitrogen in the PDR group were higher than those in the DM group, the duration of diabetes of the PDR group was longer,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol of the PDR group was lower than that of the DM group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in age, sex, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:Fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, hyperlipidemia and renal function damage may be the risk factors for the development of PDR.
